Note: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the airline’s policies and Worldstravel’s role as an intermediary booking platform. Additional fees may apply.

Refunds and Cancellations

Voluntary Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booking, refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules and ticket type.

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure.
  • Failure to cancel on time or no-show may result in no refund.
  • Refunds are only available within the ticket’s validity period and as permitted by the airline.
  • Non-refundable or discounted tickets may not qualify for refunds or may be partially refundable.
  • Refunds for partially used tickets are based on the unused portion, according to airline rules.
  • Unused taxes may be refunded if no other refundable value remains.
  • Third-party services such as travel insurance or airport transfers are not automatically canceled. Contact the provider directly using details from your booking confirmation.

A processing fee of up to $150 per ticket may apply for cancellations or changes processed through our customer support team. This fee may be waived if you cancel directly with the airline where permitted.

Involuntary Cancellations

If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, we will notify you promptly. You may:

  • Accept alternative travel arrangements offered by the airline.
  • Request a refund, subject to the airline’s fare rules.

Worldstravel is not responsible for additional costs arising from airline actions, but our team will assist in communicating with the airline. A processing fee may apply for refunds handled through our support team.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 20 business days. Processing times may vary due to airline procedures or financial institution delays.

Administrative fees, airline penalties, or third-party charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargebacks

We encourage contacting our customer service team first to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. By using Worldstravel, you agree to our cancellation and refund policies as disclosed at booking.

The following chargeback cases are considered invalid and may be disputed by Worldstravel:

  • Chargebacks for non-refundable bookings, even if the service was partially used.
  • Chargebacks due to failure to cancel on time or no-show for a flight.
  • Chargebacks arising from non-compliance with these Terms or airline policies.
  • Chargebacks for unauthorized use of a payment method by a third party.
  • Chargebacks related to dissatisfaction with services provided as described.
  • Chargebacks due to force majeure events or travel restrictions beyond Worldstravel’s control (e.g., natural disasters, airline bankruptcy, government regulations).
