- Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers.
- Tickets, confirmations, and receipts will be sent to the email provided during booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that payment information is accurate. Worldstravel is not responsible for fare changes resulting from declined or delayed payments.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Voluntary Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules and ticket type. Some fares are non-refundable or may allow only partial refunds. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled departure.
A non-refundable processing fee of up to $150 per ticket may apply for cancellations or voluntary changes made through our support team. Refunds are typically processed within 20 business days to the original payment method, though timelines may vary depending on airline or financial institutions.
Involuntary Cancellations
If your flight is canceled or significantly changed by the airline, refund or rebooking options will follow the airline’s policy. Worldstravel will assist in coordinating communication with the airline but is not responsible for supplier decisions.
Chargebacks
By using our service, you agree not to dispute valid charges when:
- The booking was made for a non-refundable fare.
- You did not cancel the booking as per applicable fare rules.
- Disruptions were caused by third parties or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes, or government restrictions).
5. Baggage Policy
Baggage rules and fees are set by each airline. Please review your itinerary and the airline’s website for the latest details. Worldstravel is not responsible for baggage charges or restrictions imposed by airlines.
